  Absolutely a nightmare to work with. Pray to god you don't have to deal with Jennifer or Mr. Christie!
  
  First they told us they would need to charge two dbe copays, once now and again in three months...plus monthly rental fees. I’m sorry what the actual... f..., this was apparently due to machine having a humidifier included within the machine ... when questioned about this was treated extremely rude. Fine, this is the way some insurance work regardless of if it's ethical or not. Although after further research this info was totally bogus. Once we realized something fishy was going on we Asked for script to get elsewhere. at first they attempted to REFUSE because we didn’t want to agree to buy the cpap in office, a violation of Hippa (in case you didn't know that) **your script is part of your medical records which you are legally entitled to however mr Christie doesn’t feel he has to follow the rules that govern Hippa.
  
  When they finally did write the rx it was written for inferior machine, changed from the model they were pushing at office, i.e. If you get it there they'll give you a nice machine that meets your needs if you ask for a script they will change it to a low quality piece of junk to deter you) it took another two weeks to have them correct it. And mind you not without a huge headache. It's very clear that if your not going to be bullied, an informed patient and aware of your rights you will deal with incredibly rude staff.
  
  After 2 weeks my husband went down to the office. Jennifer got nasty with my husband when he asked for the script to be re written for the correct written machine. She wrote it after hesitation and only after my husband pressed the issue about his script being legally part of his medical records and a violation of Hippa for her not to provide it.... this pissed her off and she got even more nasty, but did finally give it to him then asked him to leave her office. She legit threw him out of the office for asking for his script. Disrespectful disgusting behavior.
  
  Trust me we would not have purchased it there anyway. Several other reviews indicate similar behavior or worse. (One guy stated he is suing them via yelp, see yelp review for info there) they are obviously a shady company. To add insult to injury they tried to bill for additional visits that never actually happened, can you say fraud?
  
  Flash foward a year later and we needed a copy of our script or an updated date for travel purposes. Not only were we refused but the office manager was a complete jerk and so rude (mr Christie). Seriously how do these people have jobs they suck as human beings let alone employees. We simply filed another Hippa complaint and a complaint against dr Perry’s liscence with the state board...
  
  I wish we had read the numerous reviews before. So to sum up, fraud, rude, horrible customer service. I never physically wished someone harm but I sincerely hope karma bites these horrible people
  
  Added... the office manager (mr Christie) is stalking reviews, and our social media attempting to get reviews removed... as well as sending harassing messages to my husband via yelp. Wack ado. For the record Texas has anti slap back laws... nice try though...
