  I’m not WOWed that often but Charlie definitely did it. I found his website on Google and saw an email listed. I emailed a quick overview of my issue with my pressure washer. Literally within 5 minutes or less the owner Charlie Hatchett responded to me with what he thought was the issue, gave me a rough price, and told me I could drop it off this am when he opens at 11:00. I did so and he had it ready to go by 7:30 this evening!!!!! I mean what else can you say about that kind of service but WOW!
  
  Let me be clear that he had several projects in front of mine and he texted me this afternoon when he was about to start mine. So it’s not like he didn’t have anything else to do.
  
  Very responsive. Quick turnaround. Fair Price. Great smile and personality. Good ol’ down home service. Thanks Charlie!
