  Very surprised to see that someone else wrote such an ugly review about this wonderfully talented photographer. And I checked out to see if what that reviewer said about the BBB thing was true, and she/her wasn't exactly telling the truth. There are only three complaints that were ever filed, and two of those problems were resolved; the third one wasn't, and I bet it was the person who wrote an ugly review who refused to work things out with the Staggs. Anyway, on to my daughter's experience...
  
  Desperate for some great outdoor headshots and needing them last-minute, we contacted the Staggs. Not only did they rearrange their schedules to work my daughter in, but they did a rush-delivery job on the touch-up of the photos and the photos themselves. The turn-around time was less than a day!!! BUT... that's probably not the usual turn-around - give them more time than we did. But they knew how desperate we were, and they went beyond the call of duty when it comes to excellent customer service to make sure my daughter had what she needed. I can't recommend them enough! They are excellent. And I say "they" because Roy is the photographer, and his wife did so much to make my daughter feel comfortable during the photography session. Their rates are extremely competitive and better than any others I've seen out there!!! They're just amazing!!!!!! Thank you, Roy, for your professionalism, your amazing talent and for helping us out in a bind. And thank you, Paula, for making Journey feel so comfortable during the shoot !!!!!
